Disable Low Level Format

Hello,

everytime I send the NK.bin image to the board, I get the "low level
format" stuff that take something like 20mins, I would like to disable,

I do that because I  don't know how to install a device driver on the fly,
without recompiling the entire WINCE ( 6.0 R3 ), there is a way of building
a driver module ?
