supervivi is not showing up

Hi, Long ago while playing with my Mini2440 board I have deleted every
thing from it including the supervivi. Now it does not boot anymore and
hence does not show anything on its own screne neither on hyperterminal

Following the manual I managed to install the supervivi back through
H-Jtag. The LED1 blinks now when it power up with S2 towards NOR abut
unfortunately I could not see any thing on hyperterminal. Is it COM0 of the
mini borad that should be connected with the PC to get vivi's menu on the
hyperterminal ....Anyone please help me to bring the time back

Via the DB9 connector using a straight-thru cable NOT a null modem or
cross-over cable.

Thanks davef for helping me out. I got it fixed with straight serial cable
and now I am getting vivi menu on hyper-terminal

But I have new problems while installing WINCE in it. The manual I am
following instructs to install eboot first before putting WinCE by
selecting 'e' from the vivi menu. But unfortunately my vivi version donot
have 'e' option any more. 

I also have tried with older vivi versions but they did not work as well
and show following messages on hyper-terminal when I power it up with NOR
flash:

o- NAND device found
o- NAND device found
o- NAND device found

Can only suggest that there are lots of versions of Supervivi. Sorry, I
know nothing about running WinCE on this platform.
