Hello, i'm trying to use a wireless usb keyboard in linux, but i cant get it to work. It is based on 2.4 Ghz technology, no bluetooth. A wired keyboard works great, but not that wireless keyboard. In the linux kernel configuration i enabled all needed USB, HID and input features. Could it be a power problem ? I mean that the USB sender/reveicer needs more current than a simple wired usb keyboard ? I always thought, that a wireless keyboard is just a HID device, like all other common usb-keyboards. On my Ubuntu Linux PC, i can use the same keyboard without problems. The keyboard is a Hama 2.4G Wireless Keyboard: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hama-00052303-WIRELESS-KEYBOARD-4G/dp/B00385ZJPU... thanks, Daniel

Hello Daniel, My old Logitech Cordless Optical set works fine, keyboard and mouse with no kernel tweaking. as you said, it should be just a HID device. Maybe you can check that point on a PC? Regards
what kernel version ? friendlyARM kernel or some other ? I'm using the kernel from: http://repo.or.cz/w/linux-2.6/mini2440.git
