Unknown NAND type

Stranet
Hi,
it's the first time I have this problem

When I program my Mini2440 (7") for WinCE by DNW I haven't any error
message... and the WinCe boot well from nor memory (at the end of
programming sequence) but when I turn off power and then switch to nand I
get "Unknown NAND type" on DNW display and the WinCE doesn't boot.

I've programmed with the same files (supervivi, nboot and wince image)
other Mini2440 board... so... is possible that the nand is broken?

please help

Alan
Hi Stranet,

That is happening to me too!
It only boots from the bios.. have trying to work it an I cant

remco
It happend to me when i updated the bootloader on the SD, and not the
kernel. try using a superboot.bin that matches the kernel image

I get the same message and can only run in nor. Also when I get it running
in nor my touch screen doesn't put the cursor where my finger is... do I
need to calibrate it?

Joe
Got the touch screen calibration done using usb mouse. but still getting
unknown NAND type message when switched to NAND. I've tried all the vivi
offered.

PS I am a beginner at this, so I could be missing something simple.
