OS design could not be loaded

Hi everyone !

I was trying to crate CE Image following the great instructions here:

http://www.domodom.fr/spip/Generer-une-image-Windows-CE-pour.html?lang=en

When I open the "sln" file I get this error:

"System.ComponentModel.Win32 Exception: The OS design could not be loaded"

I have installed Visual Studio profesional 2005 SP1, Win CE 6.0, R2, R3..

It seems that everything required is installed..

Any idea please??
