Qt Center and WINCE5 or WINCE6

Hi,
Yesterday I final compile the GPIO_test program in Visual studio 2008 and I
have the question to better programmers. How to use Qt Center to create the
ui and how to compile this ?? or can anybody give sam links to tutorials
