touch screen is not working properly

hello friends,

I have a problem in installing Wince5.0
This is installed but when the windows come the touch screen is not
working,and i unable to open any task but when i installed linux qtopia in
system it working properly.

in wince window screen some places are where mouse pointer give response.

you sure you setup correct windows, you must setup T35 for example not N35
bin file for 3.5 inch TFT lcd
