I was looking in ARM9 website and I found this:

is stamp module for mini6410 (like micro2440 of mini2440). Does anybody has
any idea about cost/availability out of China?

They are available at andahammer.com as the stamp, on the SDK, with 4.3" or
7" LCD. So you have to check on pricing.
