USB to RS232

Hi, I am a new in WINce. I just bought one PocketPC (NOname, made in China)
with ARM CPU and WINce5.0. What I am trying is to run USB to RS232 cable. 
When I plug the cable it ask me for the name of the driver. So I downloaded
the .CAB file (for WINce), but when I try to run the file it sayes that it
is not for this device. I tryed this for two difarent cables. One with
pl2303 chip and another with uc232a chip, but nothing.
 I dont know where the problem comes from, should I install something else,
or if you know a working cable and driver, pls help.

Are you planning to use the friendlyarm from the pocketpc? It could be
easier through ssh or something similar, if the device has wifi that is.
