can't not install ucos to mini2440

i cound not port ucos to mini2440
no error is appear!
i don't know file 2440ucos.bin is small (~64k), why it can ?

I'm too! I think file 2440ucos.bin created after compile is small 
I use ndw
after the menu show I press a to download ucos into NAN flash
it's copy into board very fast
And After I reboot board in nand, the screen is blank!
Please help me! I need some help. 
Any body success portting ucos on mini2440, give me recommend please! :((

I try to port too, I try using uboot instead of vivi but it is not
successful.
does Anyone port ucos before ?
