SDCARD does not shown in WInCE

Hi
i am using  micro2440 with 256mb Flash i am using this board since 3 month
before its worked perfectly.when i make new WinCe5.0 image as per we
required every thing is working fine but only SD card does or Storage
device folder does not shown.again i load WinCe6&5 image from micro2440 DVD
 but problem is still same.also i have  checked in Qtopia OS  from
Micro2440 DVD but the problem are same...may be this is hardware problem
????Please advice us.
