how install GCC on mini2440

hi
i am realy newby linux

please tell me full instruction to install GCC on mini2440 and use it by a
simple HELLO WORLD program

i download 
http://arm9download.cncncn.com/mini2440/linux/arm-linux-gcc-4.4.3-201007...
extract it by WINRAR to ~150MB .tar file. then copy it to SDCARD

and cant do any thing by it !
please some one tell me every thing that i must do after this and remember
i am realy newby LINUX. please dont tell go and search or ... just help me

also my main problem is ARM-LINUX ... is about 150MB and QT is about 200MB
how can i put then on 256MB mini2440 memory ?

how can i install it on SDCARD ?

The FriendlyARM arm-gcc is a cross-compiler and not for use on the 
mini2440 board.
