Problem with mini6410 and formating 1G Nand flash.

Lionel
hello,

I got a new mini6410 with 1G Nand flahs and 128Mb ram. I failed to
successfully install Android from the latest image.

The first error happen when i try to format the Nand flash (f command):

NAND: 1024 MiB, RAM: 128 MiB
Enter your Selection:f

NAND scrub: device 0 whole chip
Warning: scrub option will erase all factory set bad blocks!
There is no reliable way to recover them.
Use this command only for testing purposes if you
are sure of what you are doing!

Really scrub this NAND flash? <y/N>

Erasing at 0x3ffe0000 -- 100% complete.

does it means that there is an hardware problem with the Nand memory ? do
i have to return the board and get a new one ?

Thanks,
Lionel
