Anyone Have Design Files For Board?

Does anyone have design files in ORCAD or EAGLE for a board that matches
this schematic, I ordered the dev boards, but I am going to have to
customise to meet client needs. I'd hate to have to start from scratch. I
would consider partnering, buying the files, or doing them myself if
necessary.

Since no one has come forward to offer files, I wonder if someone has
interest in the design files if I where to make them myself.

On the DVD you received there are schematics for protel/altium easy to
convert for orcad i think.

Is there any place I can download the design documents for Mini2440? I
tried FTP and did not find them there.

It would be nice to check these documents before buying the actual SDK.

Does anyone else give away the Gerbers and layout (besides open-hardware
like Arduino and hobby projects)?
