Mini6410 u-boot loading

Dear Friends,

I have a big problem, yesterday, I have formatted nandflash on mini6410. I
supposed  that there is a nor flash on board like mini2440 , but there is
not.

Now I can't use board, I try to make a sdcard which can be bootable with
superboot. I tried with 2G sdcard, but sd-flasher.exe doen't recognized it.
Do you have any experince about this issue, I want to load u-boot on
nandflash.

Please help me about this problem.

Please tried to download u-boot into SD card by SD-flasher and boot SD
card.
