3.5 inch lcd to 7 inch

hi every body i have a mini2440 with 3.5" TFT LCD and a TQ2440 (from
embedsky.net) with 7" TFT LCD, so i want change my 3.5" LCD with 7" what
must i m doing? like change jumper or everything, thanks a lot.

You'll need to download the zImage for the 7" LCD.

Note: I did this about 2 months ago so you should verify these steps:

This is how I did it with DNW and Windows:
from http://www.friendlyarm.net/downloads or your DVD:
1. Get USB driver for the board
2. Get DNW.exe

Backup your existing flash (just to be safe):
1. Start Hyperterminal - setup for FriendlyARM 
115200 8-N-1
2. With USB and serial ports attached, set switch S2 to Nor Flash position
and turn on power.
3. Start DNW.exe by double clicking on its icon
4. In hyperterminal select (u) to backup NAND flash to host
5. In DNW USB Port->Backup NAND Flash to file

After formating NAND flash download the following:
1. supervivi
2. zImage for the LCD <- this is the Linux core (kernel)
3. qtopia

All the files can be downloaded from the FriendlyARM download site or from
your DVD.

p.s. If this helps, help me.  I need to find out the process which drives
the RS232 console program so I can write to the serial port ttySAC0 with my
software.
