problem in low level format

I'm new in 2440 i have replaced windows and Linux many times but after an
unsuccessful installation of my own wince i cant install the windows that
is on DVD (i can install Linux)
the problem is that when installation is on low level format it will be
done less than a second instead of a few minutes can any one help me to
solve that
-when low level is short wince 6 run but when i reset the board it will
gone
-win ce5 just show the logo image
-Linux works fine 
the way that i install windows is 
- x to format and make drive
- v to load Supervivi-128M
- n to load NK.nb0
- w to load nk.bin 
am i doing something wrong?

its solved 
a few days ago i upgrade the supervivi now i downgrade it all works fine
maybe it was a bog
