Create WinCe 6.0

Hi everybody, i want to create a Windows Ce with using mini2440 BSP and i
get this softwares, VS2005 with sp1,windows ce platform builder sp1,
windows ce platform builder release 2, but when i want setup Win Ce
Platform Builder Sp1 i get this error you must setup windows ce tools too
so i think windows ce device Emulator must be setup too if i m wrong please
correct me? 

and so how can i find a link for windows ce device emulator ISO image?
please help me thanks a lot?

You need Platform Builder. You only have the updates for Platform builder.

There are no iso for Platform Builder.

You must install eval version over internet from Microsoft site(about 3GB?)

Or you must buy it.

Or you must order eval DVD from Microsoft.

Install Windows® Embedded CE 6.0 Platform Builder Service Pack 1:
