Error: Can't download driver to specified address

I have micro2440. H-JTAG connect via LPT to board succefull. 
My H-Flasher settings like in manual. When i click check or programming
button it's write me: 
 "Error: Can't download driver to specified address"

What's wrong? I have check all addresses and set their right(0 and 3 000
000 000).

i think u need to add an init script.
