New bootloader development

Hi All,

       I want to develop a new bootloader from scratch for mini2440. I want
to update the progress of bootloader on srial port. For that its required
to write UART printf function. But I am not getting any information about
how to write characters on UART port of mini2440. Does anyone have any idea
how to do it.
