Can't change Button's color on winCE

I use window XP deploy my application to FriendlyARM board.
when i use application in my board,I click to button then it dosen't change
color (I create button's color is whitesmoke then click once time it will
change to Palegreen color) I use this in my computer it's work but when i
use this on friendlyARM board it can,t work!! why? 
Solotion for me,please!!

I'm developing on Compact Framework 3.5. When you change the background
color for the button, the change is reflected in the Designer, but not when
you run the program on the board.

Hi, I had the same problem, when I activated "Windows XP-like Sample skin",
in my BSP.
This option give to WINCE a beautiful graphic interface, but some controls
seems to lost some proprieties, backgroud is one of this.
So I disactivated "Windows XP-like Sample skin", and now I can change
backgroud color.

for the nice lookign buttons.
Much more possibilities then the build in buttons.
