Adding created app to qtopia

I want to add myhello example application to qtopia,how can I make this?

Thanks for reply. I want to add my apps to x86-qtopia , how can I make it.
I tried to same way with given links.but when I write ./run command , it
does not appear on section of framework and other question how can i design
a new mainwindow.I searched uic files under the qtopia directory, But I
found only the examples ui files.I hope I could tell.
