wince6.0 GUI - silverlight or Qt or tilcon

I am targeting a Mini2440 CE6.0 app for Industrial control (J1939 engine)
it is really to take care of HMI functions such as mimics,graphs,setpoint
editing and remote access.

I am Using domodom SPI driver to talk another embedded controller (PIC24)
so real time loads are not too bad, real time logging can be done with
Mini2440 or the PIC24 embedded unit - it has its own bootlader as well.

just getting started with the min2440 side , the PIC24 unit is allready
done - its a clean swap of the exsisting LCD screen for the min2440.

i would like to stay with visual studio (c++) so Any tips on the
silverlight or Qt or perhaps something like tilcon?
