VGA board not working

hello all,

I purchased LCD2VGA board from friendly arm along with 3.5 LCD.
LCD works fine (with corresponding Image)but for VGA ,,display does not
appear on monitor (SAMTRON 45Bn monitor ).
When i connect to VGA (having proper image for VGA on board),LED on monitor
only blinks i can not see anything on monitor.
I used 5v supply.
please help me ,.

Do you tried another monitor? Maybe a resolution problem?
