Supervivi boot delay

Hi all!

I'm trying to change boot delay in Supervivi to fix some startup problem. I
changed the boot_delay parameter to maximum value 0xFFFFFFFF, but It didn't
change anything in boot timing. 

Does anyone know what do I have to do to change this?
