Hello: If anyone knows. How can I put the system in a energy saving state? using Wince6.0. If it exist. Thanks. Rodrigo
Energy Saving
Some where in the manual it says that full power saving circuit is not implemented. So I really doubt if thats possible. Whats the actual thing that you plan to do ... cos I had power saving issue but resolved it in a different manner...
Thanks Anurag: Answering your question... in this moment I am planning to turn off just the back light(I need the touch screen all the time), but I am searching a way to save more energy, puting the Friendlyarm using less energy. That is the idea. What is your manner to solve this problem? Thanks again. Rodrigo
The backlight on my 7" mini2440 automatically goes off. I don't know if the functionality is in the 3.5" LCD aswell. I have enabled the "power button" function somewhere in the source files. Think it was in Mini2440.bat. This puts the whole board into hibernate, if you pull down EINT0, but there is something wrong with the "wake up" code, and i dont have the tools to debug it. So what happens now is that the board hibernates, but if I press the power button to wake it up then it reboots as the hibernation data isn't where it is expected. I also don't know if the 7" lcd supports a sleep mode. I have not looked at the 3.5" as i don't have one. You might also look at dynamic clock scaling to reduce power...
