micro2440 stream camera to wireless

Hi,
I need a way to stream a live capture from camera to an internet key (it's
a USB UMTS link). There are driver for this key for win and also linux.

I've see the micro2440, but the dev board is too big and probabily will add
too much weight. Because i need "only" to use the camera, an USB host and
one analogic or digital input and one output (better if serial TX and RX),
is there a way to do this?
I'm not looking fot THE solution, i just wanna know if it is possible and
if someone have tryed something similar

from where u got the driver.

you have tried mjpg-streamer?
