Normal bootup not working

Hi

  I downloaded from the Downloads page on this site

1) Supervivi (dtd 2009-11-10)
2) Qtopia 2.2.0 128M+ 2010-01-08
3) zImages 2010-06-09 

I moved the switch to NOR and used
 "v" for download ofSupervivi
 "k" for download of kernel
 "y" for Download of yaffs image

Now, I move the Switch to nand and reboot. It does not boot.
The screen remains blank.

If I move the switch to NOR and press "b" it boots properly.

Looks like the NAND is not being written to. How do I do this.
