I'd like to install Linux on my FriendlyARM Mini2440 + 3.5 inch LCD + 1GB. I obtained the file "linux_download.pdf". I appear to have properly set up by serial connection and USB driver. In dnw.exe, I see the "FriendlyARM BIOS" menu, and the USB says it is connected. First, when I hit "x", I just get another menu, I don't see the "doing partition" bit. [At this point I appear to have wiped the Qtopia it came with...] Second, the document "linux_download.pdf" says "Set the USB Port download address to 0x30000000. Your PC screen will now be as below:" but the picture below shows the download address as 0xC300000. Which address is correct? Third, the document 'linux_download.pdf" says to hit "v" and then "Select the “supervivi_mini2440” file". Where can I get the file "supervivi_mini2440" from??? Fourthly, the document 'linux_download.pdf" says to hit "k" and "Select the “zImage_a35” if you have a 3.5” LCD". Where can I get the file "zImage_a35" from??? Finally, any idea what the default IP address of the system will be after a successful Linux install? Thanks!!!!!!! -Thomas http://www.t11s.com
