who has the dll file for connect CMOS camera to S3C2440?

Dear all,

I am using the S3C2440 board to connected the CMOS VDO Camera?
but i don't have the dll file for open it.
who has the dll file? pls. give me in email or on this forums. 
Or else who has the information to find it on internet pls. give me the
address.
