How to use the Webserver ?

If I enter the IP of my mini2440 the message
"The Windows Embedded CE Web Server is enabled on this device.
This file is a placeholder and should be replaced. Please see your Platform
Builder docs or our web site at http://msdn.microsoft.com/embedded.";
appears.
Then I tried to change the HTML file in the path .../windows/www to another
HTML contains a simple text too. But when I know enter the IP the Text
"Access denied
The requested action is not allowed" appears!
What do I wrong?

Hey I see your topic and I also try access the default webserver page on
the mini and it works fine.
I also change the default web page to another with text and images and it
works fine too.

So I guess there should be something you miss, in case you should try to
repeat what I do to see if it works on your board Im goin to write what I
do.

first the conecction I try is on a computer to computer conecttion with a
crossed Ethernet cable. So I connect the mini to my laptop and then I check
the IP that the mini automatically loaded and the subnet mask. 
Then I manually configure the TCP/IP on my lap (Win XP) to match exactly
the subnet mask and then put an IP that seems closely enough to the mini
Example:   Mini IP:   168.125.85.110
           Mini Subnet:  255.255.0.0
(the mini automatically gets this when I plug in the ethernet cable in teh
to computers)
 
           Lap IP: 168.125.85.100
           Subnet: 255.255.0.0

Once done this in my lap browser I type the IP of the mini2440 and if
everything is fine you should see the default web page as I do.

then I replace the default.htm file in the mini for a index.htm file I get
and restart the mini2440 (dunno exactly if thats necesary at the moment I
will find out later  =P ) but once its done and reload the browser page on
my browser the page displayed was the one I just replace.

So let me know if you did the same or if there is something you miss to see
what could be wrong.
