Programming the nand flash

Hi All,

I am working on the mini2440 board.I tried some programs like uart, lcd
led, on board.
But  When I downloded a program file to the addr. 0x30000000 (nand flash),
it didn't worked. 
I was able to download a program in the sdram only. 
How to download a program file to the nand flash?

Programs cannot run directly from Nand.
search the forum No OS for more details.
