which tools are required for compiling WINCE 6.0 image

HI,
    Recently i recieved my MICRO2440SDK with LINUX pre installed.Actually i
am totally newbie wih ARM and dont know where to start.I want to build an
industrial control (like HMI)or application specific GUI.But i dont know
which OS is best for my purpose currently im using .NET and VB6.I think WIN
CE 6.0 is the best OS for me because of its componentized feature.So any
one who can help me to choose OS and getting required tools.

The best OS is the one that fill your needs. 
If you want to write your embedded application in vb.net, i think you
should consider windows CE.
