Win CE 6.0 download

Hi everybody,
I try to download from MS website the Win Ce 6.0 trial.
Setup fails ...
Have you any ideas, or maybe a mirror ?

What fails ?
You are not the first to have trouble to install Windows Embedded CE, maybe
use a virtual machine with a new Windows XP/Vista newly installed.

You can order a DVD of the trial version, it will cost you (for France)

My vista is new ( less than 3 months... ).
It's a regret that you cannot directly download an iso from microsoft
website ...

I solve the problem :
the setup installer was not with the right path ( some extra '/' and '0x20'
space caracters !!!
