NEW TO LINUX

Hi this is Sreenu,Having 4 years of work experience in firmware development
of various microcontrollers like(TI 32 Bit and Silabs 8 Bit and Atmel
Controllers).
So i am planned to work on ARM on Linux.For that i bought Mini2440 kit.I
have only theoritical knowledge of Linux.
Please guide me how to start work on that kit to learning.My ultimate goal
is to learn Embedded Linux(RTOS).

Any one please suggest me some tpis.

the most important question is what exactly u wanto do and what would
define you have learnt embedded linux..there are two things embedded linux
and RTOS.Not all linux is real time.

Very thanks for your response.
Till now i have worked on the Microcontrollers with out OS.I mean our
applications are not that much critical.
In the outside market all the companies are asking the people who are
experienced in the field OS.That is the reason i am preferring to learn
Embedded Linux.
So please guide me how to start working on the Mini 2440 development kit.
