CE EMC certificate & operating temp.

does the mini2440 product from friendlyarm has CE and EMC certificate?
What is its operating temperature?
Can it be used at industrial projects?

The board is built as development board for the Samsung ARM9 controller and
there is no certification.

Do they plan to take any certificate?
