gps device and arm9

hi 
i have very little problem while using Arm9 as follows:
1) when i attached Gps receiver to usb host it ask for device name when i
put it it gives error while installing device?
2)and if i attached gps receiver to serial port it doent give data in my 
C# application.

you cant plug your gps receiver to rs232 port(com0)..try to plug it to ttl
port or use the ttl-rs232 converter...

i want to interface GPS module (NR-GPS- MT3318-Mod ) by nex robotics with 
mini2440 .plz tell how to interface .
