Hi, I am having micro2440 with 256 MB flash. For programming the NOR i used the JTAG cable but on running the SJF2440.exe it is not able to program. SJF2440.exe only supports K9F1208 and on my board the chip number is K9F208. So please help me to get out of this problem. Thanks
K9Fxx is the NAND flash chip. Have you tried H-JTAG to program the NOR?
Hi asdf, Thanks , i tried sstXXX chip which is the nor chip with H-JTAG. I tried with H-JTAG but at the time of writing it is giving error like "can't erase flash". How to solve it.

Hi Andreas, Yes i tried and followed all the steps mentioned. All the steps are successfully completed except the last one 1.e the 10th one. At this step i am getting "can't erase flash" on clicking the 'program' button. And "Verification failed Flash!=image" on clicking 'verify' button. Any ideas why it is happening.

I having programming the SST39VF1601 , erasing and blank the chip, but then i lost my electricity and computer shut-down instantly, apter power recovery i found the mini2440 hang cannot reset , lcd screen full white colour, when i try to program i see flash error on H-flash software: "Cannot program to that Can't download driver to specified address ...!!!" what should i do..?? please help me... -dodi-
