"unable to open an initial console"

Hello.

I'm a beginner and have a problem.
My mini2440 show the error: 

"Warning: unable to open an initial console. Failed to execute /linuxrc .
Attempting defaults..."
Kernel panic...!

...and doesn't start.

Someone with the same problem?

10 hits on this site alone for <linuxrc>

None of them help?
