getting started with Wince

I am new to Mini2440. Can any one tell me the steps that i have to follow
for developing appications for this board with wince. Thanks in advance..

I installed WindowsCE 5 on the Mini2440 and I want to write a C++ program 
and compile it to an executable for the windowsCE to make an application.

I have this website:

I downloaded the software on: 
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsembedded/en-us/products/windowsce/gettin...

My problems are:
=> I don't succeed to install the Visual studio 2005 trial, every time I
get a black dos screen that comes up and flashes away everytime very fast.
=> Also I need a key to install the Setup of Windows Embedded CE 6.0
Evaluation Edition and I don't know where to find it.

I'm new in all this. Can anyone help me? I just can't find a way to start
writing an application for the FriendlyARM and I have been searching for
hours.
