Download process never starts [ERROR : File open]

Hello;

I'm recently start training with ARM9-mini2440 board.
 
* after power on :
    
         - on top of DNW window i get : [com4,115200bps][usb,ok]

         -and I recives correctly on the DWN display the menu of 
           "FriendlyARM Bios for 2440" and in the board the green
            led1 blinking

=>but as I try to send program to the ARM board " DNW ->usbPort ->transmit"
  the download process never starts and the text appear in the DNW disply
  " [ERROR, File open] "

I spend a lot of time, but I have not found the solution for this problem

What file do you want to transmit and where is the file stored on? On hard
disk drive?

Now, I format the NAND flash from address 0x5000 to 0x40000 (I have 64 MB
memory card), and the bios "vivi" remain installed.
Finally, I try to send a "file.bin" from my hard disc, but this error
appear.
but, when the friendlyarm in the original state and everything is installed
by the factory, I try to send the file "2440test_A70.bin" and still the
same error appear.

Do you use the DNW version from the download section?

I try with different version of DNW, but the process of downloading it
didn't start. always the same error "[ERROR: File Open]"
Please help me, I am stuck since the last week

64M with 7.0" display?

You can re-install the factory distro and everything works OK?

Yes, I have the vesion 64M with 7.0 "display of the chart mini2440.
At first I have to format the NAND flash from address 0x5000 to the address
0x4000000, so I have not touched the distributed vivi (between 0x0 and
0x5000).
then I send esseyer "2440test_A70.bin" and error "[ERROR, open file]
appear.
that's all my sad story. what do you think of my brobleme

light. i connected jtag cable,usb cable,serial cable.

          on top of DNW window i get : [com4,115200bps][usb: x]
   how can i load supervivi in that device pls help me my email is
